Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des deutschen Sicherheitsteams in Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit.

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Standortinspektionen und Analyse sicherheitsrelevanter Vorfälle.

• Support the German safety team in all questions related to occupational health and safety for the German subsidiaries of Vaillant Group.
• Fulfill the role of a safety specialist according to ASiG and advise managers on implementing internal and external safety regulations.
• Create reports and concepts, support the implementation and maintenance of the occupational safety management system, and monitor safety performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, analyze safety-related incidents and reports, and propose measures for prevention and rectification.
• Assist and advise managers in preparing risk assessments and perform safety checks of operational facilities, tools, and procedures before commissioning.
• Provide guidance on the safe and compliant handling of hazardous substances.
• Collaborate with various departments, works councils, and occupational health doctors.
• Qualifications: Completed engineering degree, additional qualification as a safety specialist, and several years of experience in occupational safety.
• Know-how: Experience in safety and hazardous substance management.
• Competence: Enjoy understanding complex contexts and systematically developing solutions with all stakeholders.
• Personality: High self-motivation, strong team spirit, and good presentation skills.
• Languages & Tools: Good German language skills and a trustworthy personality for effective communication at all levels.
• Travel willingness: Willing to travel regularly within Germany, primarily in NRW.
