Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in internationalem Kampagnen- und Eventmanagement.
• Starke Kenntnisse in digitalen Marketing-Tools und Plattformen.
• Exzellente Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.

Tasks

• Regarding global campaign management you are responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of global multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation
• You handle the development and optimization of digital content, including the coordination of content creation and distribution with international stakeholders
• You utilize AI-supported tools for campaign content creation and data-based optimization and prepare and report on campaign KPIs to monitor success
• You analyze the campaign performance and derive recommendations for actions to increase lead quality and quantity, this includes working closely with internal specialist departments and external service providers to ensure campaign success
• Regarding global event management you are responsible for the strategic planning of global DEKRA trade fairs and conferences as well as the administrative and operational planning and support of these international events
• You prepare and track overarching KPIs for events, including creating reports and dashboards, and deriving necessary actions
• You develop global event guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all events
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/digital media or comparable education (international orientation desirable)
• At least 4 years of experience in international campaign management and/or event management with a focus on lead generation
• Creative development experience a plus
• Strong project management and analytical skills as well as extensive experience in analyzing and interpreting campaign data
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as GoogleAds, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PowerBI
• Basic knowledge in the use of common CMS and CRM systems
• Experience in briefing and managing agencies as well as a strong service orientation and hands-on mentality
• Confident project and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
