As Expert Furniture Design Lead, you’ll drive the creative vision for the biggest category, bringing innovative design, trend-setting creativity, and strategic product development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Westwing Collection, ensuring a seamless blend of style, quality, and sustainability. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Play a leading role in the in-house Furniture design team in creating on-trend and visually appealing products.
2. Drive product development with an emphasis on premium design, quality, sustainability, and materials to build an outstanding Westwing Collection portfolio in your category.
3. Foster an innovative and problem-solving culture within the product design team.
4. Effectively communicate and convey creative visions to both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Demonstrate a strong business acumen to align creative decisions with assortment strategies.

YOU COME WITH

1. 7+ years of professional experience in product design with proven expertise in furniture design and development, including materials, quality, and sustainability.
2. Experience in guiding or mentoring teams with first leadership experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, brands, and IP, coupled with a passion for design.
4. Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Exceptional relationship-building and management skills.
6. Hands-on attitude and experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
7. Fluency in English.
