WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Overall Responsibility: You will be responsible for managing and continuously developing the finance department including areas such as group accounting and treasury management. You will ensure that financial processes are aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
2. International Expansion Support: As the company expands nationally and internationally you will play a key role in supporting the growth making sure that financial structures, systems, and processes are adapted accordingly.
3. Digitalization & System Management: You will lead the ongoing digitalization of finance processes especially focusing on the consolidation of the diconium Group within Workday. As a key user in Workday you will be responsible for ensuring proper system maintenance and optimally utilizing the platform for financial management.
4. International Interface & Coordination: You will act as the central point of contact for international subsidiaries on finance-related matters ensuring seamless communication and support across different countries and regions.
5. Governance & Finance Policies: You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing finance policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and to maintain consistency across the organization.
6. Treasury & Cash Management: You will take charge of treasury operations including managing bank relationships, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring liquidity. You will monitor cash management processes to ensure financial stability and cost efficiency.
7. Consulting & Advisory: You will act as a trusted advisor to the management team providing expert guidance on financial matters. You will also serve as the primary interface to the controlling departments of the parent company ensuring alignment with overall financial strategies and objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

1. You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or a related field.
2. You have several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably within a digital agency or a high-growth company in the digital / IT services sector.
3. You have experience in managing or coordinating finance-related systems, particularly Workday, and you are familiar with system administration and process optimization.
4. You have leadership experience or are eager to take on leadership responsibilities with a strong passion for motivating and developing a team.
5. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and you approach tasks with a structured, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
6. You are a strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills and you are fluent in both English and German.
