Expert Engineer on EV Charging Connector and Cable System (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Gain insight into the technological development trends of charging connectors and cable systems, supporting the long-term development of Digital Power products and solutions.
  • Define the technology development direction, develop a roadmap for N+X generation technology of charging connector and cable systems, plan upgrades for next-generation solutions, and establish a technical foundation for monetizing business value.
  • Lead detailed design of charging connector and cable systems, conduct product competitiveness analysis, industry-standard construction, and patents layout.

Your areas of expertise

  • Establish extensive industry and research institute relationships to understand energy technology trends and future charging connectors and liquid cooling systems.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and their commercial potential, with systematic methods to transform technological innovations into business value.
  • Experience in designing and developing liquid-cooling charging connectors, leak detection, insulation detection, and component structures.
  • Proficiency in designing plastic and machined parts, with knowledge of thermal management.
  • Ability to plan the development trajectory of charging connectors and cable systems, including patent deployment and industry standards leadership.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills and adaptability to multicultural environments.
