PowerCo SE - Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are launching our own battery cell production and expanding our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The tasks and requirements within operations are diverse. Operations oversee all production-related activities in battery cell manufacturing, including planning, constructing, and rolling out new battery cell factories. Additionally, planning and implementing operational functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management are key elements within the operations domain.

Your role and key responsibilities

• Participate in the planning team for constructing standard factories for battery cell production.
• Manage external planning service providers and ensure integrated industrial construction planning, considering architectural and structural aspects across all trades.
• Review, inspect, and evaluate construction documents, plans, and tender documents for standard factory realization.
• Collaborate closely with architects, specialist engineers, building contractors, and internal interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist in creating, updating, and supplementing the standard component catalogue.
• Control and monitor project budgets and schedules.

Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for management and internal/external communication.

What you bring to the team

• A university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in planning or site management of industrial buildings.
• Strong team orientation and social skills.
• A systematic and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good knowledge of CAD and project management tools.

Good command of English.
