Qualifikationen

  • First practical experience in Customer Experience or Market Research is ideal.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with good analytical skills.

  • Lead international customer research projects from ideation to rollout.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops.

Jobbeschreibung

  • Leading international customer research projects such as Web intercepts (from project ideation to study design and international rollout)
  • Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX teams data privacy / legal team HR team Marketing team etc.
  • Prioritization assignment and of international CX projects
  • Managing external partners (e.g. market research agencies)
  • Customer data analysis insight generation definition of action items
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of Service Design Workshops and the Customer Journey creation

Your Profile

  • Ideally Bachelors or Masters degree with a focus on marketing communications or market / consumer research
  • Ideally First practical experience in the field of Customer Experience / Insights Market Research Marketing
  • Experience in working with different stakeholders at the same time
  • Experience in working with JIRA
  • Good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
  • Ideally Tableau skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Team player (m / f / d)
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications

As an Expert (m / f / d) within the Global Customer Experience Team you will be the point of contact for internal CXrelated requests and work closely with several internal and external stakeholders. We are an international (mostly) English speaking team and are looking for a candidate that is fluent in English.
