Aufgaben

  • Lead international customer research projects, managing the entire process.
  • Collaborate with internal CX teams and manage external market research partners.
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights.

Your Tasks
  • Leading international customer research projects such as Web intercepts (from project ideation to study design and international roll-out)
  • Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders (e.g. country CX teams, data privacy/legal team, HR team, Marketing team, etc.)
  • Prioritization, assignment and execution of international CX projects
  • Managing external partners (e.g. market research agencies)
  • Customer data analysis, insight generation, definition of action items
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of Service Design Workshops and the Customer Journey creation
Your Profile
  • Ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on marketing, communications or market/consumer research
  • Ideally First practical experience in the field of Customer Experience/Insights, Market Research, Marketing
  • Experience in working with different stakeholders at the same time
  • Experience in working with JIRA
  • Good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
  • Ideally Tableau skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Team player (m/f/d)
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English
