RKW SE seeks an Expert in Application Engineering and R&D for technical films to advance the innovation pipeline and support global sales. You will lead trials, document results, and help optimize production processes across sites.

You will provide technical support to customers, collaborate with Quality, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Corporate R&D, and contribute to patent activities. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Aufgaben

• Support the further development of the innovation pipeline for the Technical Films portfolio in alignment with the global sales organization of the Industrial Solutions segment.
• Contribute to product launches, validations, and customer qualification processes.
• Plan, execute, document, and evaluate trials on laboratory and production equipment.
• Support production sites and the global operations team in process optimization, run-to-target initiatives, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to customers in the film products segment.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Corporate R&D.
• Support patent and innovation activities in cooperation with Group R&D.
• Deliver product-specific and technology-related training within the division.
