Your role :

1. As an (Experienced) Software Engineer (m/f/d) in the Product Team Order Management, you are responsible for the agile development of scalable, reliable, and data-heavy services, as well as modular components of the e-commerce platform.
2. You develop, implement, and operate cloud-native microservices in the production environment, and identify and resolve production issues.
3. You collaborate closely with other teams to deliver value to end users.
4. You contribute to internal source initiatives, drive quality and standards, and suggest innovative solutions for development improvements.
5. You support the growth of our development team by participating in interviews, code-pairing sessions, and mentoring less experienced engineers.
6. You communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, maintaining transparency.

Your profile :

1. Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent training, with several years of professional experience.
2. Professional experience with Golang for complex business solutions.
3. Experience in developing scalable, reliable large-scale applications.
4. Proficiency in event-based communication between microservices and monitoring tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Datadog, NewRelic, Prometheus, ELK).
5. Experience with SQL databases, cloud platforms like GCP, CloudRun, serverless approaches, or K8s.
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
7. Proactive personality with a focus on agile teamwork, good command of English, and ideally German skills.
