We’re looking for results-driven professionals with a proven track record in residential sales—especially those with hands-on experience managing model homes, guiding buyers through the full contract-to-close cycle, and thriving in fast-paced, builder-focused environments.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead buyers through the full new home sales process—from first visit to close, and everything in between.
  • Represent upcoming Maronda Homes communities across the Cincinnati metro area.
  • Drive traffic through local networking, community involvement, and marketing strategies.
  • Track and manage your pipeline using advanced CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Partner with your builder to influence community performance, marketing focus, and customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience in new home sales or strong performance in general real estate with a desire to transition into new construction.
  • Demonstrated success working independently in a model home or builder-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding of the homebuyer journey and new construction timelines.
  • Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Tech proficiency in CRM tools, mobile sales platforms, and presentation software.
  • Active real estate license is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance also required.
Compensation:
  • Competitive annual draw plus commission.
  • Fast-track earnings with estimated total annual compensation of $120,000 to $160,000+, depending on performance and community traffic.
