Position Summary:

Crew Planner at USC will be responsible for developing and managing flight crew schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, in adherence to EASA ORO.FTL.

This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that our flights are staffed with the best possible crew members.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage comprehensive crew schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels for all flights.
• Monitor crew availability and manage leave requests, ensuring compliance with labor agreements and aviation regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate crew schedules with overall flight operations.
• Analyze flight schedules and crew data to forecast staffing needs and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to crew members promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of crew hours, assignments, and qualifications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of crew planning strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to operational disruptions by adjusting crew schedules in real-time to minimize impact on flight operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in crew planning, scheduling, or workforce management within the aviation industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
