Role Overview: As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead the sales of large-scale service projects for HVDC Offshore solutions, managing projects from bidding to execution. You will contribute to the transmission of wind power, ensuring grid stability and reliability, and oversee long-term maintenance agreements globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical bid managers to develop complex offers and finalize customer contracts, including preparing for key decision meetings.
  • Manage contractual and commercial aspects to create competitive offers, develop pricing models, and minimize risks, leading contract negotiations with technical partners.
  • Balance risk distribution across regions and headquarters, ensuring compliance with legal, export, and tax regulations.
  • Drive digitalization, standardization, and transformation to optimize bid management processes.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent in business administration or related fields.
  • Proven experience in commercial bid management and sales for large-scale projects, preferably in services.
  • Experience in leading international financial and legal negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with assertiveness and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently, flexibly, and achieve results.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and finance tools like Dashboards, Alteryx, SAP SAC is preferred.
