Sport Signage is a global company in the event and sports branding industry. We are expanding our great team! We are seeking dedicatedExhibition Builders / Trade Show Constructors (m/f/d)for our motorsport event operations worldwide.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who combine passion, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach. If you have practical experience, love challenges, and want to actively contribute to the successful implementation of our exciting projects, apply now!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

As an Exhibition Stand Builder, you will play an important role in our signage for motorsport races around the world at various event locations. Your main tasks include:

• Setting up walling systems, installation of TVs, sound systems, and similar equipment, mainly in or around the paddock (see past projects on our Instagram: SportSignage)
• Branding installations beside the race track, including cladding/finishing of truss structures or fence banner installation
• Support on-site installations, breakdowns, and resolving any issues
• Work from visual files, technical drawings, or CAD files
• Select production equipment according to application requirements
• Dispose of hazardous waste and general trash appropriately
• Adhere to industry-standard safety practices and operate all tools and equipment safely
• Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to installations
• Assist with unloading, storage, cleaning, and maintenance of materials and tools
• Regular tasks at headquarters inAmberg, Germany, including preparation and follow-up work before and after races (e.g., loading materials)

Requirements:

• Experience as an exhibition builder or in a similar role
• Ideally experience building exhibition stands and event structures
• Experience with vinyl application is an advantage
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good time management, and flexibility
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of an international team
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-volume, high-quality results
• Ability to perform quality checks
• General familiarity with safe operation of tools and equipment
• Willingness to shadow experienced carpenters to gain practical knowledge and skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for international projects
• Basic English skills required
