Qualifikationen

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Customs team you promote a digitalization and AI-driven culture in the SDU and sustain awareness about quality & efficiency impact of AI and automation.

• In this first-level leadership role, you are responsible for overseeing projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), carve-outs, service transfers, functional initiatives, or IT projects.
• You develop project plans and monitor progress, milestones, and adherence to deadlines.
• You provide functional guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication between all involved parties.
• Furthermore, you handle stakeholder-oriented presentations of project content and progress updates.
• You organize and execute training sessions, process transformations, testing, and data migrations, ensuring seamless results.
• In addition, you coordinate and manage project meetings and document the outcomes.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration
• At least 3 years of experience in the execution of projects on a global level
• Profound Project Management knowledge
• Expertise in the field of customs and a good understanding of latest IT trends
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Persuasiveness when advising internal and external stakeholders
