WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As an Executive Tax Specialist in our Global Mobility team in Berlin, you play a critical role in managing and documenting operational global compliance processes for international transfers. You provide comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services in collaboration with our experts, ensuring compliance with individual tax, payroll, social security, and EU directives related to employee transfers.

  • You develop and update the global tax procedures with the focus on the standardization of processes.
  • Additionally, you assist and participate in the management and documentation of operational global compliance processes for international transfers, focusing on individual taxes, payroll, social security, and relevant EU directives.
  • You provide comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services related to international transfers, including business trips and remote work.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you implement and monitor policies for temporary work from abroad, conducting risk assessments for internal stakeholders.
  • You support the coordination of mobility processes with internal partners, including Corporate Tax, HR Business Partners, Mobility Advisors, and Business Units, as well as external providers such as tax, relocation, and immigration services.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • successfully completed university degree in economics or a related field
  • at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in international taxation, with a focus on personal income taxation
  • at least 6 years of professional experience in global mobility compliance for international transfers and business trips, with familiarity in tender processes
  • effective and engaging communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
  • ability to understand and present complex mobility compliance issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience
