We are currently recruiting a results-driven Sales Representative for a well-established and expanding company in the windows, doors, and conservatories sector. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, with a focus on sales across North Cork and County Limerick.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, glazing, or a similar technical sales environment and be confident managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both homeowners and trade clients to promote a wide range of premium windows, doors, and conservatories.
  • Follow up on all incoming leads, customer queries, and quotations promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
