Your role at SIXT

• You will enable scalable and trustworthy experimentation for SIXT
• You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making
• You promote best practices for experimentation across the organization
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design run analyze and gather insights from A / B tests using our experimentation platform
• You will be the first point of contact for all technical analytical and product specific questions regarding experiments
• You partner with stakeholders across teams to identify key business challenges translate them into testable hypotheses and develop experimentation strategies to drive impactful insights

Your skills matter

• Experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development; strong statistical intuition and applied experience solving problems related to experimentation
• Tools: Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python)
• Experimentation: Ideally has previous experience developing experimentation platforms
• Soft skills: Motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with different stakeholders
• Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus
