We are seeking a motivated Executive Leadership Team Assistant (m/f/d) - part-time to join our team at our Dreieich location.

Your mission as an Executive Leadership Team Assistant (m/f/d) - part-time

As a key support to our CIO and the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure smooth daily operations by proactively managing schedules, meetings, travel, and internal processes. You will handle sensitive information with discretion and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the CIO and the Executive Leadership Team
  • Managing and prioritizing the CIO’s calendar, travel, and meeting coordination across multiple countries
  • Preparing and following up on documents, presentations, reports, and decision templates
  • Coordinating strategic projects with IT leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Acting as a communication liaison in English and German
  • Organizing and documenting meetings, workshops, and events
  • Supporting budget tracking, procurement, vendor communications, and internal processes
  • Onboarding new team members and contractors
  • Managing smaller projects and departmental deliverables
