Job Description :

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry concerning Corporates and Financial Institutions. Executive Interviewers are responsible for conducting interviews and obtaining valuable insights to produce high-quality studies.

As an Executive Interviewer, you will work as part of a centralized team to cultivate relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gather information that gives Greenwich Associates a competitive edge in the global consulting market. You will execute marketing strategies and conduct face-to-face and phone interviews directly with decision makers at high-level global organizations. This role requires close collaboration with the firm’s Field Operations team and our Consultants who oversee the studies and provide subject matter context. Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasiveness, and financial markets knowledge are essential.

The candidate must be fluent in German (B2 / C1 level required).

Qualifications / Experience :

We seek a candidate committed to enhancing data quality, with strong relationship-building skills, professionalism, and initiative. Experience in European markets is required. The ideal candidate should meet the following essential (and desirable) requirements:

• Minimum C2 level in German
