Job Description :

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry concerning Corporates and Financial Institutions. Executive Interviewers conduct interviews and gather valuable insights to produce high-quality studies.

As an Executive Interviewer, you will be part of a centralized team cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering information that provides Greenwich Associates with a competitive edge in the global consulting market. Your role involves executing marketing strategies and conducting face-to-face and phone interviews with decision-makers at high-level organizations worldwide. You will collaborate closely with the Field Operations team and our Consultants, who oversee the studies and provide subject matter context. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to persuade buy-side clients, are essential; knowledge of financial markets is also required.

The candidate must be fluent in German (B2 / C1 level).

Qualifications / Experience :

The ideal candidate aims to improve data quality, is a good relationship builder, maintains a professional manner, and is a self-starter. Experience in European markets is necessary. The following qualifications are preferred:
