Your Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring cleanliness in all public areas and hotel rooms
  • Coordination and communication with assistant housekeepers, room attendants, external companies, and laundry services
  • Checking VIP and regular guest treatments as well as their rooms
  • Handling all administrative tasks such as budget control, preparing monthly reports, and vacation planning
  • Creating and monitoring duty rosters and personnel planning
  • Making decisions based on economic and sustainable considerations, e.g., in procurement
  • Inspecting and maintaining all housekeeping standards
  • Leading, promoting, and motivating team members and apprentices
