Tenneco is one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Through our DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket.

In this role, you will operate at an elevated level of supply chain leadership, responsible for shaping strategy, guiding Regional Directors, and aligning execution with business growth across multiple geographies. If you are ready to influence at scale, lead transformative change, and help define the future of our global supply chain, this role is for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Regional Supply Chain Directors: You provide clarity, empowerment, and challenge. You help them balance operational excellence with strategic foresight, ensuring they evolve as leaders who can deliver results and shape the business.
  • Executive Business Partners: You engage directly with Presidents and Operations VPs, positioning supply chain as a driver of growth, resilience, and profitability. You bring solutions to the table, not just data.
  • Global & Corporate Functions: You ensure regional supply chains are aligned with global procurement, logistics, IT, and program management strategies, creating consistency, scalability, and synergy.
  • Elevating Supply Chain to the Boardroom: You will ensure supply chain is not only operationally excellent but also strategically central to business growth and financial outcomes.
  • A Stronger Generation of Leaders: The Regional Directors you mentor will become transformative executives, amplifying your impact across the company.
  • Business-Integrated Supply Chain: You will be recognized for embedding supply chain deeply into commercial, operational, and financial decision-making — creating a system that is both resilient and value-driven.
  • A Global Benchmark: You will leave behind a supply chain that is not just best-in-class locally, but a model of strategic execution and leadership across industries.

  • Languages: Fluent English plus local regional language:

  • End-to-End Multi-Regional Leadership: Strong experience leading multi-regional supply chain operations, connecting strategy to execution, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.
  • Executive Influence: Proven ability to engage and influence Regional Presidents, VPs of Operations, and other senior leaders, bringing supply chain perspectives into high-level business decisions.
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrated success in mentoring/teaching/coaching Regional Directors and senior leaders, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of the financial implications of supply chain decisions, including working capital, cost-to-serve, and P&L impact, ensuring operations drive business value.
