As an Executive Chef (m/f/d), you are a very important part of our creative team and have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu.

Your varied tasks include, among others:

1. Being primarily responsible for leading, motivating, inspiring, and guiding kitchen staff and culinary apprentices.
2. Placing orders.
3. Bringing creative ideas to the design of our menus.
4. Ensuring and monitoring the correct compliance with HACCP guidelines.
5. Providing versatile support to the team, from the breakfast area to casual fine dining à la carte, as well as menus and buffets for conferences.
6. Working closely with the hotel manager and other departments.

Your Profile:

1. Completed training as a chef.
2. Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d).
3. At least 1-2 years of leadership skills and team spirit.
4. Training licence is an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of German and English.
6. Passion for good food and creativity.
7. Quality awareness.
8. Flexibility and commitment.
9. Host mentality and an open nature.
