Executive Assistant to CEO (m/f/d)

For the CEO of Veridos GmbH, we are seeking an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) who is committed and enjoys providing competent, structured, and forward-looking support in daily business. Join our motivated team around the Management Board! If interested, get in touch with us.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with management and support them in strategic and conceptual tasks.
  2. Prepare research, briefings, presentations, concept papers, and decision papers.
  3. Identify relevant future topics and manage/participate in strategically important projects.
  4. Coordinate dates and content for Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, and shareholder meetings.
  5. Organize, prepare, record, and follow up on management meetings, internal and external appointments.
  6. Act as contact person and interface for colleagues across departments and subsidiaries.
  7. Accompany management on appointments, business trips, conferences, and events.
  8. Handle ad hoc topics, analyze correlations and risks, and present findings.
  9. Support communication and planning of internal and external events.

Your qualifications:

  1. Completed studies, ideally with an economics or technical background.
  2. Experience in conceptual and strategic work, preferably 2-3 years in an international consulting firm.
  3. Skills in project management, multitasking, and prioritization.
  4. Interest in technical contexts and strong analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in creating presentations and confident use of MS Office.
  6. Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and an independent, structured, results-oriented work style.
  7. High commitment and responsibility, especially with confidential information.
  8. Willingness to travel.
  9. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
