  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conducting research and preparing briefing materials.
  • Attending executive team meetings, taking notes, identifying key points and actions, managing agendas and follow‑ups.
  • Organizing meetings and events, including logistics and catering.
  • Calendar management.
Requirements
  • Experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • German and English language fluency is a must.

Travel Requirements
