Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ARABELLA HOSPITALITY GROUP GMBH & CO. KG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. As an Executive Assistant Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the management team and assume overall responsibility for the operational area of our hotel and actively shape its further development. With your strategic thinking, your strong leadership skills and your eye for quality and guest satisfaction, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our hotel.
• You have relevant operational expertise with many years of professional experience in a top international hotel.
• You have completed training in the hotel industry or a degree in tourism/hotel management and have several years of practical experience in similar management roles in the hotel industry.
• You are a passionate and quality-conscious host and combine an excellent guest experience with high employee satisfaction.
• You are always proactive, results-oriented, and take personal responsibility for your tasks.
• You enjoy working in a team and encourage team spirit and creative solutions.
• You have empathy, motivation, and excellent communication skills.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You are adept at using MS Office programs and Opera.
• Ideally, you have sound knowledge and experience of the Marriott environment and are familiar with the standards and processes.
• You are familiar with the preparation of cost analyses and budgets.
