Would you like to play an active role in shaping the future of our company? In this versatile role, you will support the CEO on strategic issues and in the preparation and support of communication and transformation projects. You will coordinate interfaces, accompany negotiations and implement projects independently.

Tasks

Your tasks include:

  • Preparation of strategic issues, including presentation of these in German & English
  • Preparation and support for communication measures, speeches & events in cooperation with the marketing team
  • Coordinating concepts with managers and taking minutes of strategic meetings with the Management Board/ owners
  • Preparation and follow-up of management meetings and negotiations with customers
  • Carrying out strategic individual projects such as quality and innovation projects and developing monitoring measures for implementation
  • Interface management between management, central and decentralized departments and external partners
  • Supporting the management in day-to-day business

Requirements

You have a degree (business administration, psychology, economics/ computer science, or similar) or an international degree of equal standing. In addition to your 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, you also bring the following qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT industry, preferably in development or transformation projects
  • Very good knowledge of project and transformation management
  • Very good knowledge of research and data analysis
  • Mastery of presentation techniques and customer-centric methods for presenting complex issues at board level
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness & negotiation skills
  • Analytical, conceptual thinking and creativity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very high resilience, commitment & flexibility
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
