Job Purpose/Role:
Executive Assistant to Allianz Direct Chief Executive Officer (CEO) supports the Allianz Direct CEO and Head of the Allianz Direct CEO office in delivering and execution the Allianz Direct strategic agenda.
About CEO Office area: The CEO Office in Allianz Direct administers the business agenda of the Members of the Board of Allianz Direct and drives strategic agenda of Allianz Direct on the way to become digitally unbeatable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers the Board of Management meetings and other senior leadership meetings (Country leadership meetings, EMT meetings etc)
- Prepares CEO for external events and internal senior management meetings including content preparation, presentations, agenda setting, briefings, etc.
- Contributes to the company strategy development and supports CEO in communication of the strategy, acts as a sparring partner and provides implementation support
- Acts as an interface between senior management and key stakeholders on Group and OE level
- Takes over responsibility for specific initiatives
- Manages administrative tasks together with the CEO Office and CEO personal assistant
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy office or M&A
- Degree in business administration, economics, natural sciences
- Confidence in daily interaction with senior management
- High analytical and conceptual aptitude, project management skills
- Pro-active and independent working style
- Organizational and prioritization skill with attention to detail Working close with Allianz Direct CEO and Head of CEO office offers:
