Are you ready to step into a dynamic role at the heart of leadership? We are looking for a proactive, structured, and numerically savvy Executive Assistant to support our three Managing Directors in Berlin. This is more than just a classic EA role – it's a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment, directly contributing to strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a key link between leadership and the broader organization.

What you will do:

Strategic & Executive Support

  • Anticipate needs, set priorities, and ensure the MDs’ time is focused on what matters most
  • Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on leadership meetings, strategic initiatives, and key decisions

Stakeholder & Information Management

  • Act as a central liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Consolidate briefings, manage sensitive topics with discretion, and ensure reliable follow-ups

Operational Excellence

  • Confidently handle numbers, reports, and presentations — from preparing budgets to interpreting KPIs and business cases

Initiative & Project Ownership

  • Drive cross-functional projects, track strategic priorities, and support change processes
  • Foster collaboration across teams and ensure follow-through on decisions

What we are looking for:

  • Educational background within Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Initial professional experience in assistant, consultant, coordination, or analyst roles - even if it was as a working student or intern - but your mindset matters most
  • Very advanced Excel skills with a passion for working with numbers, KPIs and data to make decisions
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and love bringing clarity to complexity
  • Strong communicator, structured thinker, and reliable sparring partner for leadership
  • Discreet, professional, and confident in handling sensitive topics
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and highly organized
  • Fluent in German and English
