Position: Executive Assistant (Berlin)

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Executive Board (CEO, CTO, CAO, and CFO) on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with another Executive Assistant to ensure the efficiency of our C-suite.

Your Tasks Include:
  1. Coordination and organizational work, including administrative tasks and email management
  2. Calendar management
  3. Preparation and follow-up for meetings (external, Executive, and Supervisory Board meetings)
  4. Research, analysis, and preparation of data, facts, and references for decision-making
  5. Planning and organization of business trips and company events
  6. Support with correspondence and internal communication
  7. Maintaining contacts with customers and business partners
Who You Are:
  1. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills, both internally and externally
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  3. Solution-oriented with end-to-end challenge resolution skills and anticipation of Board needs
  4. Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Highly adaptable, well-organized, and independent worker
  6. Experience as a team assistant or similar role, with a desire to grow into the position
  7. Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal
  8. Willingness to work in the office 2 days per week
