Global Private Equity Firm - Frankfurt

Salary: €65-70k per annum

A reputable, well-established global private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is to support 3-4 busy investment professionals with top-level assistance.

You should have a background of being an Executive Assistant and enjoy supporting investment professionals in a classical role. You should have worked for a global firm, ideally within financial or professional services.

This firm has an incredibly inclusive global culture, where the Assistant team are hugely appreciated and respected. They organise regular team events, socials and weekends away in Europe, and enjoy one day per week working in home office.

THE ROLE

The key duties will include but are by no means limited to the following;

  • Support Investment Professionals in all planning, organizational, and administrative tasks
  • Handle all correspondence and telephone communications with business partners in both German and English
  • Organize internal and external meetings and conferences across different time zones (scheduling, preparation, and follow-up) in coordination with business partners
  • Manage complex calendars and take responsibility for scheduling (board meetings, management meetings etc.)
  • Oversee extensive organization, preparation, and follow-up of business travel, including travel expense reporting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience of being an Executive Assistant
  • Background working for a global firm, ideally financial or professional services
  • Great communication skills - fluent German and professional level English essential
  • Team player with a proactive and a ‘can do attitude’
  • Emotional intelligence, active listening skills and a warm credible style
