Your Responsibilities
- Take on a trusted key position as a close assistant to the executive management and ensure effective relief in their day-to-day tasks.
- Manage your work area efficiently, keep everything well organised.
- Independently manage projects, appointments, and follow-ups, set priorities yourself, and work autonomously and pragmatically.
- Keep team members informed with all relevant information and maintain workflows.
- Organise events, travel, and meetings in a way that ensures they run smoothly.
- Handle correspondence in both German and English accurately and with a professional tone.
Your Profile
- You have strong and polished communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- You have several years of experience in a executive assistant position.
- You have completed at least a commercial vocational training program.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications.
- You possess a quick grasp, strong numerical understanding, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Even in hectic situations, you show strong organizational skills, high commitment, and resilience.
- You are known for your independent, structured, and reliable work style.
- You are a loyal team player; integrity and discretion are a matter of course for you.
- Your personality is characterized by a professional and stylish appearance, representative manners, team spirit, and a sense of humour.
