We’re Sanvivo GmbH, a Y Combinator–backed health-tech start-up building a leading end-to-end platform for medical cannabis. Our mission: safe access, fully digital workflows and a new standard of patient care. To get there, we’re assembling a high-energy team—and we need you at the founders’ side.

Your responsibilities
  • Prepare strategic decisions for the founder team by researching and structuring relevant information
  • Coordinate, plan and improve processes together with the executives and department leads
  • Own the founders’ calendars—anticipate, schedule and prioritise internal & external appointments
  • Plan and book business trips, hotels and events
  • Manage deadlines and tasks to free the founders’ focus for high-impact work
  • Draft offers, contract templates and strategic documents
  • Run independent e-mail and calendar management, triaging incoming requests
  • Compile payroll data and work with external payroll providers
  • Record invoices, receipts and expenses; prepare documentation for our tax advisor
  • Monitor payment runs, dunning and liquidity
  • Run our social-media channels and editorial calendar
What you bring
  • 3+ years’ experience as Executive/Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar
  • High level of loyalty, resilience and discretion
  • Excellent German and English, written and spoken
  • Outstanding organisational talent, structured work style and strong ownership
  • Confident with Office suites and digital tools
  • Drive to make an impact and think ahead
  • Solid command of Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and the ability to use them programmatically
  • Sound knowledge of bookkeeping or controlling and the desire to deepen it
