Our Mission
Provide technical leadership for our Premier customers globally, ensuring their IT environments are optimized and healthy through proactive, consultative support, including best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and support services.
What We Do Best
Offer services to enhance systems availability, resolve critical issues, and improve customer environments. We collaborate with experienced technical staff to ensure best practices in troubleshooting and maintenance. We also provide rapid on-site expertise when needed.
Work from home with the flexibility to travel to customer sites in Bonn/Cologne 1-2 days per week.
