Events Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Events Sales Coordinator to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Events Sales Coordinator supports the planning and execution of events by coordinating events sales activities and liaising with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and objectives. Provide information on available services, packages, and options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details. Generate regular reports to track sales performance and forecast future opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process. Address client concerns, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
