Your role
In our Munich IT team, you will serve as a dedicated on-site support wavespace specialist and the first technical contact for meetings and events in your area. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading technology planning and execution for client workshops and internal events, ensuring immersive experiences through environment setup
• Managing and maintaining AV systems, including Crestron control systems and NDI streaming, and supporting Microsoft Teams integrations
• Conducting pre-event technology checks and providing real-time support during events, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions
• Onboarding and training EY account teams and external personnel on wavespace technology, collaborating with AV vendors and global teams
• Ensuring compliance with data security protocols and liaising with relevant teams to uphold EY standards
• Possessing a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in AV/end-user technology support; experience with cloud technologies like MS Azure is a plus
• Having medium-level networking knowledge, including AV networking, Extreme Networks, and event support/production; industry standards knowledge is highly recommended
• Exhibiting excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in German and English, with a strong customer service attitude
