Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced events lead to manage end-to-end congress, webinar, advisory board and medical education projects on site and remotely. You will coordinate stakeholders, train speakers and teams, and ensure seamless execution.

You will configure live engagement apps, test onsite tech, review workflows for regulatory compliance, and deliver post-event analyses with actionable recommendations. Travel and weekend work are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management
• Experience in pharma meeting and congress planning and execution
• Understanding of event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review
• Ability to independently build, configure and launch live engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, video, AI)
• Experience with SpotMe Backstage Content Management System
• Ability to manage US and EU customers, KOLs and medical societies
• Ability to navigate pharma regulatory compliance and legal review processes
• Technical dexterity to deliver practical solutions
• Translate complex workflows into clear standard operating procedures

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, advisory board and medical education event projects onsite and remotely
• Independently build, configure and launch live engagement apps using the SpotMe Backstage CMS
• Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders through clear, timely communications
• Coordinate stakeholders for seamless event-day execution
• Train faculty, field sales teams, booth staff and agencies
• Review event apps and test onsite technology (iPads, badge printers, microapps)
• Brief and prepare speakers for webinars and symposia
• Ensure smooth virtual and face-to-face operations and post-event communications
• Deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations highlighting successes and improvement areas
• Lead projects across webinar, congress, medical education and advisory board use cases
• Supervise projects alongside junior/associate team members
• Step up to Program Lead on brand engagement programs
• Support new business through upsell referrals and sales-team activities

• Brief and prepare speakers for webinars, virtual sessions, medical standalones and symposia
• Ensure virtual and face-to-face event operations run smoothly
• Handle post-event communications and analyze event data
• Deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations highlighting successes and improvement areas
• Manage congress or life science projects end-to-end, including onsite event presence
• Influence faculty to adopt medical education tactics
• Lead projects across webinar, congress, medical education and advisory board use cases
• Supervise projects alongside junior/associate team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL and pharma stakeholder management, congress and medical education event project planning and execution
• Experience in congress/convention or medical education planning and execution
• Deep expertise in pharma meeting and congress planning and execution
• Understanding of event approval workflows across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review
• Ability to independently build, configure and launch live engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, video, AI)
• Experience with SpotMe Backstage Content Management System
• Ability to manage US and EU customers, KOLs and medical societies
• Ability to navigate pharma regulatory compliance and legal review processes

• Role requires frequent travel, out-of-hours availability and weekend work
