Position: Event Operations Manager (Full-Time)

1. Lead our Event Operations Team
2. Serve as the main contact for staff, colleagues, and guests regarding operational event matters
3. Coordinate, oversee, and execute various events such as weddings, outdoor and indoor functions with up to 300 guests, small to medium conferences, and private dinners
4. Support the team in planning and executing events in collaboration with the Event Sales Team
5. Train employees, trainees, and interns in the Event Operations area
6. Ensure effective communication with all departments
7. Maintain high-quality standards
8. Create staff schedules for the department
9. Possess relevant experience in event management, preferably in catering or resort settings
10. Exude a positive attitude and enthusiasm
11. Show commitment and high motivation
12. Demonstrate genuine guest and service orientation, communication, and teamwork skills
13. Have excellent PC skills, especially in event management software
14. Provide emergency childcare in our Kids' Villa
