We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager who is not only a strategic planner but also a natural host and organizer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a knack for creating memorable event experiences. What you'll do:

Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, project manage, and execute Buynomics’ participation in external events, including industry trade fairs, executive dinners, and workshops across Europe and the US.
  • Organize owned events, starting with a new format in London, with potential expansion to other cities globally.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while managing the event budget effectively.
  • Bring a flair for hospitality to every event, ensuring guests feel welcomed and engaged. Utilize your expertise as a natural host and party organizer to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Ensure all events align with Buynomics’ brand, marketing strategy, and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing to integrate events into the broader marketing plan and ensure they contribute to lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the team to create event promotion strategies, including different communication channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, and others to drive attendance and maximize impact.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (founders, sales, and customer value) to align event objectives with broader marketing and business strategies.
Project Management:
  • Apply strong project management skills to ensure smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders for the execution of events and other marketing projects as needed.
  • Lead pre-event activation, ensuring all logistics, communications, and materials are prepared and executed ahead of the event.
  • Provide organizational support for internal company events.
Post-Event Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing outcomes, attendee engagement, and financial performance.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or equivalent training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a variety of events, including trade fairs, executive dinners, and workshops.
  • A natural ability to host and create engaging experiences.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing event budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for events in Europe, the US, and potentially other global locations in the future.
