Qualifications

• Abschluss/Qualifikation im Eventbereich oder der Hotellerie erforderlich oder wreiterführende Erfahrung.

Responsabilités

• Event-Management: Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen.
• Venue-Koordination: Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs vor Ort.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Abstimmung mit Catering, Technik, Reinigung, Logistik und Sicherheit.
• Operative Umsetzung: Effiziente Abwicklung und korrekte Abrechnung von Events.
• Brand Enhancement: Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Markenstärkung.
• Kreative Konzeptentwicklung: Entwicklung innovativer Formate und Veranstaltungsideas.
