suena energy sucht eine/n Event Manager (f/m/x) mit Fokus auf Messestände, Konferenzen und Webinare. Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung – von Booth-Planung bis Stakeholder-Management – und verantworten Budgetentscheidungen.

Sie steuern die flagship-Messen (E-World, smart-e, WindEnergy) und entwickeln neue internationale Events in Polen und Spanien. Reisetätigkeit gehört dazu; fließendes Deutsch & Englisch sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Berufs- oder Branchenkenntnisse im Eventbereich
• Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Messen, Konferenzen, Webinaren

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für Konzept und Umsetzung von Events (Messen, Konferenzen, Speaker Slots, Webinare)
• Koordination von Booth-Planung, Buchungen und Stakeholdern (Sales, Marketing, C-Level)
• Leitung der three flagship fairs (E-World, smart-e, WindEnergy) und Ausbau internationaler Events in Polen & Spanien
• Beobachtung von Budget, überblick über 20+ Events pro Jahr, Moderation von Webinaren (ca. 6/Jahr)
• Eigenständige Entscheidungsfindung und Budgetverantwortung

Are you excited about owning the next chapter of suena's events? This year we left the small startup booths behind for good - our own stand, our own concept, real presence at Germany's biggest trade fairs. Join suena as our first dedicated Event Manager (f/m/x) and take full ownership of how suena shows up at every fair, conference, and stage - from concept to execution.

We're a 50+ person team that's fast-paced by nature, but the kind of place where people actually look out for each other. Following our successful Series A, we're investing in expanding our team - and as we show up bigger at events both in Germany and abroad, we're excited to bring someone on board who'll own that next chapter with us.

Your mission

• Own event concept and execution – trade fairs, conferences, speaker slots, webinars: take what's already working, sharpen it, and build what's still missing.
• Coordinate everything that runs in parallel – booth planning, event bookings, internal stakeholders from Sales and Marketing to C-Level – you keep the full picture together.
• Lead our three flagship fairs (E-World, smart-e, WindEnergy) on the ground – running the show, no task too small – and grow into owning our new international events in Poland & Spain.
• Keep the overview across 20+ events a year, moderate our webinar series (aiming for a steady 6/year), and own budget decisions independently.
• Your track: independent trade fair execution by month 6, full ownership (incl. our internal event format) by month 12.

Your profile

• Hands-on event experience, and you love the hustle that comes with it – trade fairs, conferences, webinars, you know what it takes to pull it off.
• Strong project management – you plan far enough ahead that deadlines never turn into last-minute scrambles.
• Fully present when it counts – moderating, working the booth, fixing the coffee machine when it dies. Whatever the moment needs.
• You take ownership and make things better – you can run an existing concept well, but you never stop at "good enough" and bring your own ideas where it counts.
• Strong communicator, in German and English – you talk to anyone: vendors, partners, whoever just walked up to your booth.
• Packing a bag doesn't faze you – some travel for our flagship fairs comes with the territory.
• No energy market know-how needed yet – but genuine excitement for the industry is exactly the energy we want at every booth, stage, and webinar.
