suena energy is seeking an Intern - Strategy & Operations (f/m/x) in Hamburg for a 4-6 month, full-time hybrid role. You will work directly with the CCO and Executive Office on board reporting, market expansion, and KPI dashboards, shaping strategic decisions in a fast-scaling climate-tech startup.

This internship requires English proficiency; German is a bonus. You will gain hands-on exposure to revenue ops, market sizing, and ad-hoc analyses while contributing to real projects that matter.

Your mission

• Support Daniel, our CCO, on revenue operations, sales insights and board reporting – KPI tracking, pipeline reviews, board-ready materials.


• Own workstreams inside cross-functional projects – board meetings, org development, market expansion - from idea to execution.


• Build the dashboards, reports and briefing materials that shape C-suite decisions, turning market data and KPIs into clear recommendations.


• Jump into ad-hoc analyses – market sizing, competitive landscape, financial scenarios – whenever a fast-moving question needs answering.

Your profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's (business, economics, engineering, or similar) – ideally with a previous internship or working student role already under your belt, so you hit the ground running.


• Comfortable in the fog – suena moves fast, and most answers live in someone's head, not a doc. You'd rather ask the right person than wait for a briefing.


• Comfortable with data – Excel and PowerPoint as a baseline, Claude/ChatGPT and Notion a plus.


• Strong written and spoken English – German is a bonus, not a requirement.


• Genuine interest in energy markets, startups, or climate tech.
