Jobbeschreibung

Duration: 6 months

Utilization: 3 days/week

Location: Munich, on-site

Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of defined conferences and events.
• Professional collaboration and coordination with defined internal partners (cross-functional marketing and medical teams), stakeholders, and external partners.
• Management of conferences/events, including on-site participant management. Efficient and timely coordination of all on-site activities.
• Professional management of conferences and events, taking into account company and industry regulations and high standards.
• Compliance with pre-defined budgets and resource allocations. Professional collaboration with the EU Congress and Events Team for international conferences.
