We are looking for a full-time event manager (f/m/d) with enthusiasm for events and political communication for our Berlin office with immediate effect. The position is initially limited to 1 year with the prospect of a permanent position.

facts and fiction is one of the leading creative agencies for spatial communication. In our Berlin office, we work in the field of political communication. Based on long-standing framework agreements with the highest federal authorities, we develop a wide variety of event formats in the context of political discourse.

You take on the management or partial management of various projects and project teams and are also a committed team player.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for all phases of a project for events of all sizes.

You are confident in managing and taking responsibility for budgets.

You are passionate about political and social issues.

You can quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues and translate them into work assignments.

As a contact person, you are the first point of contact for customers and the teams.

You know the requirements of analog events as well as hybrid and digital events and are familiar with the relevant platforms and technologies.

What you bring with you:

Completed vocational training (event management) or university degree.

At least 3 years of work experience.

Extensive practical experience and sound knowledge of project management.

Knowledge of the political landscape.

Consulting and leadership skills.

Experience in controlling projects and managing budgets.

Fluent German (at least C2) is a basic requirement. Business fluent English and ideally another foreign language are an advantage.

Hands-on mentality, high reliability and ability to work in a team.
