About Candlelight

Since July 2019, Fever Originals has produced Candlelight concerts—intimate classical music performances in candlelit settings at unique venues worldwide, including cities in France, Spain, Portugal, and the US. We are expanding to your city!

Candlelight aims to democratize classical music by sharing it with the public and offering a unique experience for each audience.

We are looking for a Coordinator for Candlelight Concerts in Nuremberg. This is a part-time freelance role, mainly on weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the onsite main contact for Candlelight events and staff, liaising with the Fever Originals manager
• Managing staff schedules and coordinating with staffing agencies for rescheduling
• Training staff on duties such as ticket validation, guest seating, and COVID-19 safety protocols, while representing the Fever brand
• Managing venue inventory and printing needs
• Handling guest lists for all events
• Delivering opening and closing remarks at events
• Reporting daily to Fever Originals Project Managers on event status, including pre- and post-event feedback
• Assisting with venue walk-through evaluations
• Opportunities to manage Candlelight and other Fever Original Events in different areas
• Representing Fever and Candlelight professionally, acting as the main customer service contact

Required Skills:

• Event coordination experience, preferably in music
• Residency or at least 1 year living in Nuremberg
• Excellent in-person communication skills
• Native German and fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Highly organized, efficient, with strong time management
• Leadership experience managing small teams
• Experience working with venues and artists is advantageous
• Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability
• Collaborative, willing to handle all event tasks
• Strong academic background and classical music knowledge are pluses
