What you can expect:

• F&B contact person for events, caterings, meetings and events on the campus in Metzingen, including management of the F&B calendar, as well as the corresponding preparation and invoicing of offers
• Control and processing of the order/ticket system, as well as contact person for the shared mailbox
• Administrative support for projects in the F&B area and operational activities, e.g. support at events
• Advising the department and the associated event owner
• Creation of a F+B service catalogue for an in-house offer overview

Your profile:

• Completed studies / apprenticeship in the field of event management, a similar course of study or already completed studies in the field of project planning/control
• Experience in the coordination and management of catering, hospitality and events
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills, people skills and an actively thinking way of working
• Independent and structured way of working, quick perception
• Organisational talent, commitment and ability to work in a team
• Self-initiative
