Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation erforderlich.

About the Role

We are looking for Construction Managers to support the planning and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of EV charging stations.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, tendering, execution, and documentation of nationwide construction projects.
• Work closely with expansion teams, architects, project managers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Supervise contractors and construction firms, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to technical requirements.
• Manage final inspections, commissioning, and handover of completed charging stations to the operations team.
• Engage in training and onboarding workshops to deepen your knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and construction best practices.

What You Bring

• A degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant engineering field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in structural, civil, road, plant construction, or electrical installations is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience in construction project execution, with basic knowledge of tendering and VOB regulations (or a strong willingness to learn).
• A team player mindset with excellent communication skills to coordinate with various project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites across the country.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• Fluency in both English and the local language.
