Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Market Development
- Identify and assess emerging opportunities within the energy space, including renewables, utilities, and adjacent sectors.
- Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of trends, understand competition, and align offerings with customer needs.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
Client & Market Engagement
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, clients, and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing challenges and demonstrating the value of smart charging partnerships.
- Promote the financial and operational benefits of collaboration with the company’s platform.
Commercial Growth
- Drive smart charging adoption through the acquisition of new partners and market channels.
- Tailor commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements that align with partner needs.
- Contribute to the commercial roadmap and support the growth of recurring revenue.
Project Enablement
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful rollout of solutions.
- Lead contract discussions, pricing strategy, and partnership terms.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure client satisfaction throughout implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- Motivated and results-oriented, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development within the energy industry.
- Familiarity with EV charging, flexibility services, or energy trading is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proactive and capable of working autonomously within a fast-paced team.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Proficiency in Swedish, Danish or French is a must.
