A leading quantum technology company in Baden-Württemberg is seeking an experienced European Quantum Sensor Discovery Program Director. You will lead the development of next-generation diamond NV based sensors across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate has a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related fields, and significant experience in system-level design and multidisciplinary team leadership. As the European Quantum Sensor Discovery Program Director, you will lead programs for the development of next-generation of diamond NV based Sensors across multiple technology domains, including defense, aerospace, space, transport including analogue/mixed-signal, RF, photonic ICs.
You will lead program development and delivery including inputs from QB’s multidisciplinary teams liaising with customers to align user requirements and aligned system-level specifications, explore innovative topologies, and translate product requirements into scalable solutions for diamond NV based quantum sensing products in different applications.
